The "Residence il Poggiolino" is an ancient cottage fully restored and situated in the green hills of Barberino di Mugello. The residence has 10 appartaments each of them is provided with a little garden.
Residence il Poggiolino is supplied with confortable and pleasant furnishing and reminds the country atmosphere of the original structure, still maintainig its archs and beam celings.
All the host can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool (6x12 m.) during their vacation.

The beautiful shores – provided with excellent facilities - by the lakesides have became one of the favourite place for those who like sunbathing and swimming. In the Bilancino lake it is also possible to play sports like rowing, sailing and windsurfing.
• Mugello National Circuit (15 Km) which houses the races of the most famous “MOTOGP” drivers like Rossi, Capirossi, Hyden and Pedrosa and also the Ferrari Fourmula One tests.
• Barberino Designer Outlet (14 Km), a beautiful shopping centre with more than 90 shops of the most famous brands planned within a Renaissance village. A unique shopping experience!
• Florence (38 Km), gem of Renaissance and one of the most important cities of arts. Visiting Florence is obligatory!
• Poggio Dei Medici Golf Club (18 Km), a beautiful course with 18 holes for the keen golf palyer and also an area for those who wants to be trained individually.
• Giotto’ s Birthplace. Inside the painter’s house – an ancient and austere medieval building – it is possible to admire the Giotto exhibition by the International University of Art.
