APARTMENT PRICES

• 2+2: from € 400 to € 875 per week
           End cleaning: € 70

• 4+2: from € 500 to € 1250 per week
           End cleaning: € 100

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
General conditions: :
• A deposit of € 200 is obligatory and shall be kept in case of damaging.
• Gas and heating shall be paid according to consumption: €4/m3
• WiFi Free: 200mb/day

•Visitor's tax in the Mugello

Rent period and arrival:
Hosts shall arrive on Saturday and the minimum rent perod is one week. Ecceptions are allowed only on hosts request. If not differently specified by previuos agreement the hosts shall arrive and leave as follows:
 Arrival: between 17:00 and 20:00
 Depart: between 08:00 and 10:00

• Beds for babies: available on request.
• Swimmingpool: open from May to September.


THE CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
• cancellation up to the 42nd day before the day of departure: 30 of the travel sum.
• cancellation from the 42th day (inclusive) up to the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of   departure: 60 of the travel sum;
• cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) up to the day of departure: 90 of the travel sum;
• cancellation on the day of departure or later: the full travel sum.
